电源模块是一种可以直接贴装在印刷电路板上的电源转换器,按变换方式一般分为AC转DC或DC转DC。随着科技的发展,电源体积趋向模块化和小型化,于是出现了电源模块。其集成度最高,将开关电源的主要电路集成在芯片中,可以实现宽频调制、隔离及多种保护等功能。

常见的基本原理由以下部分组成,输入整流滤波器,包含整流桥和输入滤波电容。单片开关电源,包括功率开关管、控制器及MOSFET。还有高频变压器、漏级钳位保护电路、光耦反馈电路、输出整流滤波器、偏置电路等部分组成。

电源模块通过输入整流滤波器一般可以适配交流85~265V或直流100~370V的输入电压范围,频率有47~400Hz选择,常规一般为50/60Hz。因为它具有小体积、高集成度、高性价比和最佳性能指标,只需要最简的外围电路,配上少量分立式元件即可使用。并且拥有高效率、高可靠性、设计灵活等优点,现已成为开发设计中小功率开关电源的优选集成电路。

选择电源模块方案的技术要求低,设计简单,占用空间小,可靠性高,并且可随时变换方案。当产品设计需更改时,只需并联或替换电源模块即可。因此广泛应用于工控、机械设备、船舶、航空航天、通讯、军工、数据通信、手持电子产品、仪器仪表、LED照明、智能化、电力、铁路、安防、矿业、医疗、汽车电子等多个领域。

目前单个电源模块几乎很难通过SURGE、EFT、CE、RE等EMC实验,尽管国外的产品寿命长、可靠性高、EMI控制很好,但是其抗干扰性的性能仍不够强。开关电源大多数是通过UL及3C认证的,EMI性能是有保证的,但是模块化后不通过是因为测试EMI的方法,想要让设备通过EMC测试还需做好外围电路设计。

选择电源模块最好是选择功率在所用的30-80%为宜,一般这个功率范围内其各项性能发挥稳定可靠。等级分类主要有商用级、工业级和军用级,不同的等级对工作温度、震动、湿度等要求不同。为了保证产品长期稳定可靠的工作,因此在选择产品时,要考虑实际应用环境。

In order to make the equipment pass EMC testing, peripheral circuit design is needed.

The best choice of power module is to choose the power used in 30-80% of the appropriate, generally within the power range of its performance to play stable and reliable. There are mainly commercial grade, industrial grade and military grade. Different grades have different requirements for operating temperature, vibration, humidity and so on.
