Generally speaking, a telephone with the most basic functions is composed of a call module, a number module, a ringing module and a line interface. At present, most telephones are push-button telephones, whose number issuing module mainly includes key dial, dual audio signal/pulse signal generator. The ringer module is composed of a tonal ringer circuit, a piezoelectric ceramic ringer, or a loudspeaker. It detects the signal status on the telephone line in the standby state and drives the piezoelectric ceramic ringer or a loudspeaker to emit a ringing tone when a ringing signal is received from the telephone exchange.
