(a) Power component damage: It may be power component (IGBT, IPM) damage. Replace the SPM. Power components may be damaged due to insufficient dust accumulation and cooling in the cooling device part of the amplifier.
If the heat dissipation device on the back of the amplifier is dusty, clean it by blowing air. The structure should be studied so that parts of the cooling device do not directly contact the cutting oil, etc.
(b) The motor’s inherent parameters are not set correctly: please confirm the motor’s inherent parameters.
(c) Abnormal speed sensor signal: please confirm the signal waveform of the spindle sensor, if abnormal, please adjust, or replace the detection part. 15 Alarm code 15
