Dual channel design: It can monitor shaft vibration at two different locations at the same time, providing more comprehensive and accurate monitoring data.
Eddy current sensor input: The transmitter uses the eddy current sensor as input and can receive the vibration signal from the eddy current sensor and convert it into a processable signal.
Compliance with standards: Common standards such as VDI 2059 and API 670 ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.
Conversion function: Converts the input signal of the eddy current sensor into two independent output signals that are proportional to the amplitude, or one output signal that is proportional to the maximum value of the two input signals.
Self-test function: Built-in self-test circuit, can monitor the sensor and transmitter circuit failure. Once a fault is found, the logical “OK” output changes state while the 4-20mA output changes to 0mA to provide a fault alarm.
Initial setting: The initial setting can be carried out by toggle switches and knob switches, and the factory setting is usually the usual working mode, but it can also be set according to user requirements.
